Most technical work stalls between the whiteboard and the server. I own the whole line, from deciding the architecture to staying responsible for it once it is live.

01 Design before any code exists
  1. Problem 01 What actually needs solving, and what does not.
  2. Architecture 02 The shape of the system, decided before anything is written.
  3. Infrastructure 03 Servers, network and storage sized to the real workload.
02 Build the system itself
  1. Backend 04 Services, APIs and the data model underneath them.
  2. Interface 05 Dashboards and controls someone else can operate safely.
  3. AI integration 06 Models wired in only where they earn their place.
03 Operate and keep it alive
  1. Automation 07 Repetitive work removed, with verification built in.
  2. Monitoring 08 Health, alerting and honest failure states.
  3. Production 09 Live, owned, and still my responsibility afterwards.
